Request a Membership Change
Please note all requested changes require
a minimum of 3 business days
to be processed.
This is a request for your membership to be terminated. There may be fees associated with this request depending on the membership contract you hold.
For instance if you are on a 6-month membership term, but you request to cancel your membership after 3 months, your account will be charged the difference in fees of the appropriate membership. In the example stated, if a 3 month membership is $30 more per month than a 6 month membership, your account will be charged $90.
We allow ONE hold per membership of 3-month duration or longer. There are no holds permitted on a month-month contract. A hold is created for a defined period of time while you are away for work or travel longer than one week. In order to put a hold on your account, you will need specific dates of the hold period. Your membership will be extended accordingly, so that you are not charged for the dates of your hold.
For example an August 1st membership, put on hold for 10 days during August, will not renew for the following month until September 10th. (Membership month/ renewal date extended)
A membership upgrade is simply a change in membership. If you currently hold a 3 month membership, and you decide you'd like to save some money and move to a 6 month membership, you can request an upgrade. Please take note that an upgrade will upgrade on your next monthly renewal, so in the case above, once requested, a full 6-month commitment will begin on your account from the next renewal date (provided we are given 3 business days notice).
