Join Coach Mike Paulsen starting Saturday May 14th to do just that. Engage in some longer stamina sessions to prepare you for whatever summer challenges you're taking on. From hiking to adventure racing.
Classes will run 90 minutes and are designed to challenge you to go just a "little" longer than you think you can.
Classes will be capped at 14 people to accommodate equipment, so you'll definitely want to check in early for these classes.
