Feeling great riding that chair up the mountain. BUT...one run in you're already a little exhausted and sore. But you keep at it, and several hours (and a few tumbles) later, your entire body is wondering what the heck just happened.
Your knees hurt, your back hurts, and your pride hurts.
Don't find yourself wishing you had done something ahead of time to prepare yourself for this challenging past time.
Pre-season training is the perfect way to avoid repeating the same pattern this winter!
Our 6 week program runs 2 nights per week, and will focus specifically on movements and muscle development relating to skiing and snowboarding. This prep work will help you to avoid injury, improve your fitness and conditioning, strengthen your stabilizing muscles, and increase your mobility.
Learn how to effectively warm up before heading out on the mountain, feel strong and fit while you're riding, and cool down properly with mobility work so you're not too sore to go out again the next morning!
Class runs November 2nd- December 10th Mondays and Thursday nights from 7:30-9pm.
